1. Contracting Entity

2. Hardware Specification & Accuracy

All hardware items are factory-new unless explicitly designated otherwise. Architectural parameters, thermal tolerances (TDP), voltage figures, and physical dimensions are presented directly from verified manufacturer technical documentation. We preserve the right to amend erroneous transcription anomalies without notice.

3. Pricing Structure & Taxation

All transactional figures are displayed in Euros (EUR) and integrate mandatory value-added taxation (VAT) where legally applicable under EU digital commerce regulations. Prices remain binding upon confirmed checkout completion.

4. Contract Conclusion & Fulfillment Authority

An automated checkout acknowledgment email validates data reception. Final commercial contractual conclusion executes upon physical logistical handover to the transit courier and subsequent generation of dispatch credentials.

5. Payment Execution Security
