Returns, Right of Withdrawal & Statutory Guarantee

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day EU Rule)

The return transit shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the item arrived materially damaged or incompatible with its advertised specification.

2. Statutory Two-Year Legal Guarantee of Conformity

As the selling merchant, we carry full legal responsibility for product conformity. In rigorous accordance with Article 10 of Directive (EU) 2019/771 (superseding Directive 1999/44/EC), all physical components and electronics are covered by a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity commencing on the precise delivery date.

In compliance with Article 11 of Directive (EU) 2019/771, any operational non-conformity or defect manifesting within the initial 12 months following physical receipt is presumed to have been inherent at delivery unless contrary proof is physically proven. Remedies encompass component repair, equivalent hardware replacement, or a full transaction refund.

3. Standardized Return Procedure (RMA)

  4. Upon structural and hardware verification, technical replacement dispatch or refund financial reversal will execute within 14 business days.

4. Statutory Exclusions

Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal ceases for unsealed diagnostic software packages, custom-assembled liquid cooling architectures tailored to custom specifications, or components subjected to extreme overvoltage or improper installation resulting in mechanical fracture.
